Today, Dutch noise rock band Dripping Trees release their single ‘Imaginary Order’ from their forthcoming album ‘Fuel Of Mankind’ to be expected on March 19th. Stijn Luijk and Koen Ruijs made an accompanying video, which is premiered today by CHAOS!
Dripping Trees continue to grow in their ability to show what their music stands for. Being inspired by the likes of Nick Cave and Ice Age it is to be expected that their music has a melancholic sound. As much as their music is sinister, the video enforces this feeling even more. We don’t assume that ‘Imaginary Order’ handles our misery due to the lockdown, but it feels good that someone seems to be as frustrated and angry as we are. And that helps at least a bit.
